No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. takabet is not liable for any temporary unavailability caused by technical faults, server downtime, or other such issues. Any loss arising from problems with a user's internet connection or device is the sole responsibility of the user.
Takabet's website, logo, brand name, content, graphics, software, and all digital assets are protected under intellectual property law. No third party may reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this material without our prior written consent. Any breach of these terms will result in legal action.

Takabet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms, provision of false information, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, or suspicious financial transactions. Any balance held in a suspended account may be returned following investigation; however, in cases of confirmed fraud, it may be forfeited.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be verified and refunded in accordance with our standard procedures. Relevant provisions of these Terms & Conditions will remain in effect even after account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, resolution will first be attempted through mutual negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Should any provision of these Terms be deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
